2. Products

We offer physical products, including:

• Anime figures

• Idols

• Fantasy character sculptures

Each product is handcrafted with care and may vary slightly from listing images.

3. Service Area

We currently provide standard delivery services across India.

4. Payment Methods

You can pay using the following methods:

• UPI

• Credit Card

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

All transactions are securely processed.

5. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it.

• Cancellations requested after this period will not be accepted.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if the product is damaged during delivery.

In case of damage:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Send us photos of the damage at customersupport@eternamolds.com

• Once verified, we will process a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Shipping

• Orders are shipped via standard delivery services within India.

• Shipping timelines may vary based on location.

• We will provide a tracking ID once your order is shipped.
